Shipping Schedule

Shipping timelines vary depending on the product.
Please refer to the respective product page for the estimated delivery schedule before placing your order.

All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post.

Delivery times may be affected by local postal conditions and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Fee

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, or any other import taxes.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Payment must be made directly to the courier upon delivery.

Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Address changes cannot be accommodated after shipment.
  • We do not offer reshipment or forwarding services once the item has been dispatched.
  • If redirection is required, please contact the courier directly. Any additional charges will be borne by the customer.

If reshipment is necessary due to address errors, additional shipping fees will apply and must be confirmed before processing.

To avoid delivery issues, we do not ship to hotels or temporary accommodation addresses. Please provide a residential address.

Long Absence & Refused Shipments

Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If delivery is refused or the package is returned due to non-receipt:

  • Round-trip shipping fees
  • Packaging costs
  • Additional handling fees

will be charged to the customer.

Please ensure you receive your order.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a missed delivery notice will be left by the courier. Packages are typically held for approximately one week before being returned.

Failure to complete payment by the specified deadline may result in further action in cases of fraudulent conduct.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds are not accepted once a reservation or order has been confirmed.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects and must involve unused items.

 

Due to international regulations, geopolitical conditions, or postal service suspensions, shipping to certain destinations may become unavailable without prior notice.

In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
